Dr. Priyanka Yadav, Director of MACS Dental Skills, says that during her career, she faced many challenges in learning new skills but never gave up. She started the NGO Ma Amriteswari Charity Sansthan, an initiative by a group of doctors, with her divine faith in her Guru Mata Sri Amritanandamayi Devi. Guided by her Guru, she aims to serve society selflessly, helping the needy and sick people free of cost. Her Guru showed her the path of true human dharma: Education for Life and education based on inner faith in God.
Dr. Priyanka Yadav started MACS at a very early age after passing her BDS (2005 – 2010 ) inspired by Guru Mata Sri Amritanandamayi Devi, to help needy people. Witnessing many patients die due to oral cancer and tobacco consumption, she pledged to spread awareness about oral cancer caused by tobacco and betel nut use. She conducted campaigns in schools, using audio-visual aids, lectures, articles, seminars, and oral cancer screening camps to prevent oral cancer.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Priyanka Yadav conducted several online courses to ensure that education continued uninterrupted. She also held offline courses in New Delhi and Lucknow in collaboration with a USA-based university, focusing on Laser Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics.She worked at Vivekanand Institute of Medical Sciences Lucknow, Hind Institute of Medical Sciences Lucknow, and with renowned doctors from New Delhi for two years.

She has been dedicated to educating slum children since 2012, providing school fees, stationery items, uniforms, and making a significant impact on their lives. Her selfless services have been recognized and felicitated by the government of Uttar Pradesh, Rotary, Inner Wheel Clubs, and other organizations.
Dr. Priyanka Yadav’s contributions have been appreciated by the wife of the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and Income Tax Commissioner Mrs. Kavita Bhatnagar, and the wife of the District Magistrate of Lucknow, along with other officers’ wives. They invited her to join their organization, Akanksha Samiti (IAS Officers Wives Association), as a life member to serve in the health and education sectors.
Since then, Dr. Priyanka Yadav established an Autism center for disabled children at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences with the help of Akanksha Samiti. She has completed many significant projects with Akanksha Samiti, including installing sanitary vending machines, conducting sanitary hygiene awareness campaigns, promoting family planning, and implementing skill development programs since 2011.
Her tireless efforts to serve the needy have also made her a member of the Indian Red Cross Society, where she serves as Health Incharge.
She believes in the power of selfless service and the intention to give rather than take.

She is also a poetess and writer, having started writing in the 8th grade. Her poetry has been published in many daily newspapers, including Dainik Jagran, Sahara, Hindustan, and Amar Ujala. Her interview was published at a very early age, and she has participated in many national-level Kavi Sammelans with renowned poets like the late Shri Gopal Das Neeraj and Dr. Ashok Chakradhar from Lucknow and Delhi. She has also released a cassette of bhajans and learned classical music from Bhatkhande University, Lucknow.
